Abstract

The exciton–photon interaction in ferromagnetic semiconductor EuO was studied. The process of formation of exciton polaritons in a EuO crystal was analyzed thoroughly. The dispersion curves were obtained by solving coupled Schrödinger equations for photon and exciton fields.
