Abstract
Data obtained in a series of computational experiments are used to study features of the formation of charged-particle bunches with strong azimuthal density inhomogeneity of the annular relativistic electron beam in multiwave Cherenkov oscillators. It is shown that the azimuthal motion of particles is negligible under the chosen parameter values. The oscillator radiation remains coherent.
