Abstract
The dependences of focal length F of an actual convex-flat lens on radius ρ of its annular zone and distance x (the magnitude of the transverse spherical aberration) of the intersection of rays on angle α between a beam emerging from a certain annular zone of the lens and the optical axis of the system are determined by means of normals and tangents. The results from investigating the correlation between the geometric optical parameters of the focusing convex-flat lens and the spatial-angular parameters of light converted in a nonlinear crystal (the optical second harmonic) are presented.
