Abstract
Patterns of wave disturbance propagation in nonuniform media, including the layered Earth, a liquid waveguide, and a covering ice layer are studied. The velocities of different modes are estimated based on the cross-correlation function for signals set in two spatially spanned points. Experimental data are compared to numerical modeling results.
