Abstract
An expression for the longitudinal dielectric permeability of a nondegenerated electron gas in bilayer graphene is derived. In the calculations, the single-band low-energy approximation is used for the electron spectrum. The dispersion relation and the damping rate of plasma waves in bilayer graphene are found.
