Abstract
The informativity of some regions of the ribosomal cluster (rDNA) in freshwater horsehair worms (Nematomorpha) has been analyzed to trace the nucleotide differences for discrimination of species and genera of these parasites using available sequences from the NCBI GenBank and our data.
