Abstract
Mn1−xZnxFe2O4 ferrites (x = 0.0, 0.25, 0.5, 0.75, 1.0) were prepared by solution-combustion synthesis and characterized by XRD, FTIR, and dielectric measurements. The average crystallite size of synthesized cubic spinels ranged between 25 and 35 nm. The dielectric constant of synthesized ferrites decreased with increasing frequency (102–107 Hz). The magnitude of changes in dispersion was associated with the Maxwell-Wagner interfacial polarization in terms of phenomenological Koop’s theory.
