Abstract
The design automation problems of structures of manufacturing operations, which are implemented with the equipment of a drilling group, are investigated. It is stated that the level of automation of this design technique in modern systems of computer-aided design of manufacturing processes is insufficiently high because of the weak formalization of the processes of creative decisionmaking. The generation technique of the possible variants of structures of manufacturing operations is proposed, and the model in the form of a colored graph, which made it possible to formalize the design procedure, is developed. The working capacity and effectiveness of the proposed method that permits us to use it in the computer-aided planning of manufacturing processes to increase the effectiveness of manufacturing preproduction is confirmed.
