Abstract

A string that performs plain vibrations and is placed between two limiters, one of which is a straight extended wall while the other is a point obstacle, has been considered. A model of the vibroimpact system with the distributed impact elements has been studied in a conservative model, then on the assumption of the action of self-vibration excitation mechanism. The research scheme of resonance processes at influence of periodic forcing factors has been considered. The role of standing waves of the clap type has been revealed. The dynamic effects have been described. The computation methods of the string systems for application in the design of sensors, measuring devices, and objects simulated by absolutely flexible rods located in incident flows of liquid or gas have been proposed.
