Abstract
The paper describes a case of successful palliative radiotherapy for solitary cutaneous melanoma metastatic to the liver in an 82-year-old male patient with age-related concomitant cardiovascular and respiratory diseases. The high risk forced surgery to be avoided. When the procedure of radiation is adequate, its responses are moderate.
