The changes in phagocytosis under 12-hour zymosan-induced peritonitis in rats were investigated using flow laser cytometry using zymosan labeled with pH-sensitive flurochrome green pHrodo™ (Thermo Fisher Scientifi c). An increase in the absolute parameters of phagocytosis was found in the study of peritoneal exudate cells, blood leukocytes and bone marrow cells in rats with peritonitis in comparison with intact animals.
