The aim of the work was to study the effect of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) and microvesicles (MV) produced by them on the parameters of cellular immunity in mice with induced ARF. The experiments were carried out on C57Bl6 linear mice aged 3‒4 months. Acute renal failure (ARF) was induced by a single injection of 50% glycerol. Mesenchymal stem cells were obtained from the bone marrow of healthy animals, cultured under standard conditions. The study included such parameters of cellular immunity as memory T-cells and T-regulatory cells. L929 cells and microvesicles derived from them (L929-МV) were used as controls. A tendency towards a spontaneous decrease in the content of CD4+CD44+CD62L+, CD8+CD44+CD62L+ T-cells of memory and regulatory CD4+CD25+FoxP3+ cells was recorded. 11 days of the experiment. The effects of the application of cells and microvesicles of them differed in the severity of the impact on the cells of the immune system. L929-MV had a more pronounced effect on the 11th day of the experiment. In the course of the experiment, a tendency was observed for the growth of regulatory CD4+CD25+FoxP3+ T cells using both MSC and L929, and microvesicles derived from them. The nature of the cells used and the microvesicles obtained from them did not have a significant effect on the final result of the experiments.
