Molecular modelling of quercetin targeting to the extracellular and cytosolic domains of human Tolllike receptors (TLR1-TLR10) was performed. We showed that quercetin can be targeted to various TRLs preferably either in extracellular domain sites (TLR4, TLR5, TLR7, TLR8) or in cytosolic domain sites (TLR1-TLR2, TLR2-TLR6).
