EVALUATION AND CORRECTION OF IMMUNE STATUS, LIPID PEROXIDATION SYSTEM IN PATIENTS WITH RECURRENT HERPES VIRUS INFECTION OF GENITAL

The influence of intravascular laser therapy on the immune status and free radical oxidation processes in patients with chronic recurrent herpesvirus infection. Laser exposure parameters: wavelength 635 nm, continuous mode, power density 0.12 mW / cm², exposure 8 minutes, the number of procedures is 10. In the course of the study, it was established that in patients with chronic recurrent herpes viral infection, the parameters of the neutrophilic granulocyte test are increased, the phagocytic activity decreases, the serum level of interleukin-2 decreases, and the levels of all categories of lipid peroxidation products in the blood serum increase. The detected immunological and biochemical disorders were successfully corrected by a complex of therapeutic measures using the intravascular laser irradiation method
