Abstract

Use of adjuvants is among the most promising approaches for enhancement of vaccines for the control of infectious diseases. Animal experiments with various influenza vaccines have shown that platforms of adjuvants with adjustable properties are very promising (suspensions, oil-in-water emulsions, chitosanbased formulations) because vaccine type and administration route are taken into account.
