Abstract

In the present work we demonstrated that IFNα-induced dendritic cells (IFN-DCs) loaded with a lysate of autologous tumor cells of high-grade glioma patients (DCLYS) more eff ectively stimulated the proliferative response of autologous T-cells compared with unloaded IFN-DCs (DCLPS) and did not induce apoptosis of CD4+ and CD8+ T cells. Moreover, DCLYS activated cytotoxic CD8+ T cells (in the degranulation test) in cultures of autologous mononuclear cells of studied patients.
