Abstract

We developed and characterized the model of psoriasiform dermatitis in mice induced by induced by intradermal administration of recombinant human IL-36γ. Induced skin lesions resemble human psoriasis in means of both macroscopic (PASI) and microscopic features (acanthosis, parakeratosis, dermal leucocyte infiltration). This model can be used for anti-psoriatic drugs efficiency research.
