STUDY OF NEUTROPHIL COUNT DYNAMICS IN EXPOSED PERSONS DURING THE PERIOD PRIOR TO ACUTE LEUKEMIAS DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

A retrospective analysis of neutrophil count dynamics in the blood of the exposed residents of the Techa riverside settlements, who subsequently developed acute leukemias, was carried out. The peculiarities in the reaction of granulocyte lineage to radiation in these individuals were found outin comparison with exposed individuals without leukemias.
