Аннотация
Глазная форма миастении может обладать вариабельной клинической картиной и имитировать множество заболеваний, при которых вовлекается глазная область. Диагностика окулярной миастении затруднена низкой чувствительностью применяемых диагностических методов. Статья знакомит с особенностями осмотра пациентов с глазной формой миастении гравис. Описаны методики выполнения и интерпретации тестов Симпсона, Горелика, Когана, отдыха и сна, айс-теста. Рассмотрены особенности лечения заболевания с целью достижения ремиссии и предупреждения генерализации процесса. Своевременная корректная постановка диагноза и оптимальный выбор тактики ведения могут значимо изменить качество жизни пациентов с миастенией гравис и оказать влияние на последующий прогноз заболевания.
