Аннотация
Расстройства, обусловленные употреблением психоактивных веществ врачами, представляют собой серьёзную проблему медицинского сообщества и общественного здравоохранения. Распространённость расстройств с употреблением психоактивных веществ зависит от пола, возраста и врачебной специальности. Злоупотребление психоактивными веществами ухудшает физическое и психическое здоровье врачей, снижает качество лечения пациентов. Медицинская помощь врачам, пристрастным к психоактивным веществам, предполагает применение обычных лечебных подходов, принятых в наркологии, но требует соблюдения некоторых особых принципов.
