Аннотация
Проанализированы литературы о синдроме церебральной гиперперфузии у пациентов со стенозирующими и окклюзирующими поражениями внутренних сонных артерий после хирургического лечения. Приведены данные о патогенезе, клинической картине, диагностике, профилактике и лечении синдрома церебральной гиперперфузии. Несмотря на достаточно большое количество публикаций нет единых рекомендаций по лечению и профилактике синдрома церебральной гиперперфузии, отсутствуют единые критерии его диагностики.
