Аннотация
Обзор посвящен нейроанатомическим, нейрофизиологическим и нейрохимическим механизмам зуда. Роль периферических ноцицептивных нейронов и центральной нервной системы в развитие зуда рассмотрена в сравнении с известными механизмами боли. Описаны и проанализированы механизмы зуда при ряде дерматозов и дерматитов.
