Аннотация
Приведен обзор литературы о мышечной боли в ответ на физическую нагрузку, которая является довольно распространенным явлением. Существует мнение, что мышечная боль, возникающая после интенсивной физической деятельности, является предшественником мышечного ремоделирования. Описаны клинические проявления мышечной боли после физической нагрузки, рассмотрены возможные механизмы ее возникновения, проанализированы методы профилактики и лечения болезненности мышц.
