Аннотация

Приведен обзор современных исследований боли у психически больных. Проанализирована специфика болевой чувствительности и алгических переживаний у лиц с невротическими, депрессивными, тревожными расстройствами, шизофренией, биполярным аффективным расстройством, аутизмом. Сделан вывод о том, что психологический феномен «катастрофизации» боли по-разному проявляет себя в условиях расстройств невротического и психотического регистра, доминирования позитивных или негативных психопатологических симптомов.
