Аннотация
Приведен обзор современной литературы по основным нейропсихическим расстройствам при ОНМК: делирий, маниакальное состояние, «катастрофическая реакция», псевдобульбарный аффект, депрессия, поведенческие расстройства и деменция. Рассмотрены вопросы распространенности, клинических проявлений и диагностики клинических феноменов. Приведены мнения о локализации психических симптомов в головном мозге при ОНМК, ассоциации с другими нарушениями.
