НЕХИМИЧЕСКИЕ ЗАВИСИМОСТИ - «ФЕЙК-ДИАГНОЗЫ» ИЛИ ВСЕ-ТАКИ РАССТРОЙСТВА?

Аннотация
В статье рассматриваются современные подходы к классификации нехимических (поведенческих) зависимостей на примере Интернет-аддикции (ИА). Анализируется дискуссия вокруг включения игрового расстройства в МКБ-11, в том числе и реализуемого через Интернет. Показаны общие нейробиологические и генетические механизмы формирования всех аддиктивных расстройств: как химических, так и нехимических. Делается вывод о том, что для выработки стандартизованных подходов к терапии ИА следует определить, какие её формы являются нозологической единицей - расстройством - по критериям МКБ и DSM и уже на этой основе проводить доказательные исследования эффективности тех или иных лечебных методов. Утверждается, что можно называть «фейком» разные формы девиаций и расстройств, но от этого они не исчезнут, и люди не перестанут от них страдать.
