Radiographs of the cervical spine of patient G. a — on admission: fracture of the C2 odontoid process with displacement of the fragments over the entire diameter; b — the cervical region is fixed in a halo apparatus, an additional wire is passed through the C2 spinous process, complete reposition is achieved; c — after 3 months: complete consolidation of the fracture was achieved; (d) X-ray taken through the mouth: a massive callus is clearly visible.
