Abstract

The comparative analysis of the efficacy of surgical and rehabilitation management for the substitution of vast tibia defects using various methods for fragment lenthening was performed. Technique of multilevel fragment lenthening gave the better restoration of bone defect with simultaneous decrease of rehabilitation terms and stages, in comparison with onelevel fragment lengthening.
