Abstract
The description of the technique and biomechanical grounds of the reconstructive operation (elaborated by the author) on the ten. flexor pollicis longum are presented. The operation is performed to eliminate hyperextension-flexion deformity of the thumb in old injuries of the ulnar nerve.
