Abstract
Nurlan Dzhumagulovich Batpenov - Chief Traumatologist-Orthopedist of the Republic of Kazakhstan (RK), Director of the Research Institute of Traumatology and Orthopedics of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Higher Sciences, Professor, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Honored Worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Presidential Association of Traumatologists-Orthopedists, traumatologist-orthopedist of the highest qualification category , WHO national representative for road safety, laureate of the State Prize in Science and Technology named after. Al-Farabi 2015. In addition, Nurlan Dzhumagulovich is a member of the Specialized Surgical Society of Orthopedic Traumatologists (SICOT), the founder and editor-in-chief of the journal Traumatology Zhene Orthopedics, published since 2002.
