Abstract

The experience of treatment of 22 patients, aged 1-16, with HED is presented. Analysis of clinical manifestations and radiographic data was performed. The peculiarity of surgical tactics depending on the localisation and severity of the lesion are showed. Authors consider that in spite of recurrences the early economic resections to reconstruct the shape of the epiphysis are preferable with the purpose of prevention of deforming arthrosis and secondary deformities of extremity.
