Abstract
The basis of the projection of navigation technologies in traumatology and orthopaedics are presented. The stages for the application of navigation technologies for the planning and performance complex surgical interventions which have traditionally rather high rate complications are described in details. Application of navigation program methods allows to achieve the main aim of modern surgery, i.e. treatment quality and provision of patient’s safety. The organization of region surgical centers for navigation planning is substantiated.
