Аннотация
Цель исследования — на основании данных, имеющихся в современной литературе, изучить особенности микробиома полости рта при кариесе зубов и воспалительных заболеваниях пародонта. Статья основана на анализе материалов зарубежных и отечественных исследований за последние 15 лет, размещенных в базах данных PubMed, CyberLeninka, MedLine. Нарушение баланса микробиома полости рта может привести к развитию кариеса и заболеваниям пародонта. В норме микробиом полости рта содержит Firmicutes, Proteobacteria, Actinobacteria, Bacteroides, Fusobacterium, Spirocheates. При кариесе зубов определяются S. mutans, Atopobium, Propionibacterium, Lactobacillus. Присутствие Veillonella, Porphyromonas gingivalis, Tannerella forsythia, Aggregatibacter actinomycetemcomitans, Treponema, Prevotella в микробиоме полости рта связано с заболеваниями пародонта. База данных микробиома полости рта содержит всесторонние данные, описывающие бактериальные виды и 16S rRNA определяющий набор микробов полости рта. Представители микробиома зависят от местных и общих факторов.
