Resumo
A procedure is presented for measurements of the spectral irradiance of deuterium lamps in the wavelength range 200–400 nm with unit reproduction using a high-temperature blackbody model. It is shown that the expanded measurement uncertainty varies between 1.6–6.9%. The measurement results were confirmed with calibrations between VNIIOFI (Russia) and PTB (Germany). The divergence of the results obtained by the two laboratories does not exceed 2%.
