Abstract

We establish time frames and tasks for the re-engineering of information systems, taking into account the results of the monitoring process of its obsolescence. We consider three types of obsolescence: economic, functional and degradation of the resource resilience. These results may be useful for the development of methodological support for technical regulation in the evaluation and confirmation of the compliance of information systems during stages of design and operation.
