Abstract
We considered a model of charged «semi-hard-core» bosons on a square lattice with a possible occupation number 𝑛𝑖 = 0, 1, 2 at each node. Using the quantum Monte-Carlo method, temperature phase diagrams of the model were obtained and the influence of local charge correlations was studied. It is shown that local charge correlations lead to an increase in the role of quantum fluctuations in the formation of phase states.
