Аннотация

The results of a search for and study of glass sands in Rostov Oblast are presented. The geological structure of the mineral deposits is described and the outlook for finding glass-sand deposits is evaluated. The characteristics of an open and explored glass-sand deposit with reserves exceeding 15 × 10⁶ tons are presented. The qualitative characteristics and technological schemes for enriching this sand to grade OVS-020-V are presented.
