Constraints and consequences of using rape oil as a fuel for internal-combustion engines are briefly elucidated, as well as overcoming measures and temperature effect on viscosity and surface tension. Construction and operation of the heating device are described.

A high-speed rotor and screw device for tuberous roots fractioning is suggested. It differs from the analogs by presence of fixed deflector of tuberous roots inside the drum.

Uniformity of plant raw materials treatment during the forage conservation and mechanisms for liquid preservatives dosage were under study; findings of the investigation are presented.
