Аннотация
В предлагаемой работе на основании анализа работ трёх лабораторий получен ответ на вопрос О.Б. Птицына: какова роль консервативных нефункциональных остатков в апомиоглобине. Выявлена решающая роль консервативных нефункциональных остатков в апомиоглобине в образовании нативной топологии в состоянии расплавленной глобулы этого белка. Это позволяет предположить, что нефункциональные консервативные остатки в этом белке необходимы для фиксации и сохранения правильной топологии основных элементов его вторичной структуры в промежуточном состоянии. Правильная топология является нативным элементом в этом состоянии.
