Раннее обнаружение загрязнения микропластиками по изменению фототаксиса пресноводного мезозоопланктона на парную фотостимуляцию

В условиях лабораторного эксперимента установлено, что реакции Daphnia magna Straus и Daphnia pulex Leydig, 1860 на фотостимуляцию зависят от интенсивности привлекающего света. Это затрудняет индикацию появления или изменения концентрации поллютанта. Вариабельность поведенческой реакции связана с нелинейным ответом планктонных ансамблей на интенсивность фотостимула. По мере увеличения интенсивности освещения вариабельность фототропной реакции проходила фазы возрастания, снижения и относительной стабилизации. В работе предложена модификация метода фотостимуляции — применение парной фотостимуляции, заключающейся в двух последовательных воздействиях возрастающей интенсивности. Первый стимул стабилизирует поведенческий ответ, а прирост реакции на второй стимул позволяет более точно оценить реактивность планктонного ансамбля. Показана высокая достоверность и повышенная чувствительность данного метода обнаружения контаминации среды микропластиком по сравнению с методом одиночной фотостимуляции или традиционного биотестирования по гибели тест-организмов.
