Аннотация
Обзор посвящен проблеме умеренного гипоксического воздействия как естественного, немедикаментозного стимула, активирующего механизмы формирования гипоксической толерантности мозга. В обзоре освещается история и современный уровень исследований этой проблемы, а также рассматриваются условия нейропротективной эффективности гипоксического кондиционирования в качестве превентивного (прекондиционирование) и корректирующего (посткондиционирование) воздействия. Раскрываются физиологические и молекулярно-клеточные механизмы пре- и посткондиционирования. Особое внимание уделяется собственным исследованиям кондиционирования мозга с использованием умеренной гипобарической гипоксии.
