Abstract

Andrews pustular bacterid is a rare chronic pustular dermatosis, characterized by sterile vesicles and pustules, affecting mainly the palms and soles, which is considered by many researchers to be a variant of palmar-plantar pustular psoriasis. This article presents a clinical case of a patient with pustular bacterid. This clinical case may be useful for novice dermatologists to broaden their horizons regarding pustular palmar-plantar dermatoses.
