Использование гибридных операционных при лечении пострадавших с тяжелыми травмами

Аннотация

Основная причина летальных исходов при тяжелой травме – кровотечение. Время и точная диагностика являются важнейшими факторами в лечении продолжающегося кровотечения. Возможным решением может быть сочетание традиционных травматологических вмешательств с методами рентгеноэндоваскулярной хирургии в гибридных операционных. Цель настоящего обзора – по данным сообщений оценить показания к использованию гибридных операционных при тяжелой травме, организационные вопросы, оснащение, состав операционных бригад, их подготовку, вопросы радиационной безопасности и результаты использования гибридных операционных.
