Aims and Scope
The journal was founded in 1990 by academician I. T. Frolov as an interdisciplinary publication considering the main directions in the study of man: the theory and methodology of the complex study of man, the history of human sciences, intellectual and human potential of Russia, humanitarian expertise of socially significant projects and reforms, moral and legal aspects and social consequences of the latest developments in the field of genetic engineering, medicine, education, etc., as well as all the human qualities that make up a person's inner world and determine his life.
