Аннотация
Целью статьи является выявление актуальных проблемных и тематических областей финансирования инфраструктурных проектов на современном этапе. Для этого проводится систематизация подходов одновременно на основе тематического анализа и обзора российских и международных источников.
Обнаружена методологическая множественность определения основных категорий. Индуктивно выявленные тематические направления исследований охватывают: общие тенденции развития видов экономической инфраструктуры, микроанализ создания конкретных инфраструктурных объектов и местной потребности в развитии инфраструктуры, локальное экономическое влияние отдельных видов инфраструктуры, межотраслевые эффекты развития инфраструктуры, интеграционные аспекты создания объектов инфраструктуры, инфраструктуру в контексте устойчивого развития, особенности инструментов и форм финансирования инфраструктурных проектов, объекты инфраструктуры как отдельный класс инвестиционных активов.
