Аннотация
Максимальное потребление кислорода является информативным показателем аэробной работоспособности, и его оценка связана с существенными затратами времени. В данной работе проведено сравнение результатов максимальных тестов со ступенчато возрастающей нагрузкой с разной продолжительностью одной ступени нагрузки: 15, 30, 60, 120 и 240 с. Оценивалось максимальное потребление кислорода, общее время работы и парная взаимосвязь протоколов. Было показано отсутствие статистически значимых различий по максимальной скорости потребления кислорода в протоколах с различной продолжительностью. Также все исследуемые протоколы показали высокую корреляцию между собой (r = 0.92–0.97).
