Sample screening and residue assessment of 214 drugs for animals in food products by chromatography-mass spectrometry high resolution

Resumo

Сочетание скрининга проб и последующего подтверждающего определения загрязнителей является оптимальной стратегией рутинных исследований при реализации программ мониторинга безопасности пищевой продукции. Ультравысокоэффективная жидкостная хроматография с масс-спектрометрией высокого разрешения предложена для многокомпонентного определения остаточных содержаний широкого спектра лекарственных препаратов для ветеринарного применения и их метаболитов с минимальной пробоподготовкой. Для нивелирования матричного эффекта использовали метод изотопного разбавления. Предлагаемая вданной работе методика позволяет одновременно идентифицировать и оценить остаточные содержания 214 лекарственных препаратов для ветеринарного применения на уровне их предела обнаружения 0.1–10.0 нг/г, существенно сократить продолжительность (40−50 мин) и стоимость анализа.
