Наноцеллюлоза и полимерные композиты на ее основе: получение, свойства и применение

Аннотация
Природные и искусственные полимерные материалы пользуются большим спросом, растущим из года в год, что делает их неотъемлемой частью жизни человека. Путем введения целлюлозы и ее производных в качестве наполнителей в искусственные или природные полимеры можно уменьшить неблагоприятное воздействие не подверженных биоразложению материалов на окружающую среду. Материалы на основе наноцеллюлозы (nanocellulose, NC) в последнее время привлекли к себе внимание в качестве потенциальных наполнителей для армирования полимерных материалов. В обзоре освещены различные источники NC, в том числе, растительные источники, морские водоросли, бактерии и морские животные. Описана предварительная обработка лигноцеллюлозных материалов путем депарафинизации растворителями, с использованием щелочей, отбеливающих агентов, ферментов, радикалов 2,2,6,6-тетраметилпиперидин-1-оксил (TEMPO), персульфата аммония (APS), ионных жидкостей, глубоких эвтектических растворителей и парового взрыва. Кроме этого, в обзоре рассмотрены способы извлечения, включая механическую фибрилляцию с получением нановолокон целлюлозы (cellulose nanofiber, CNF) и кислотный гидролиз с получением нанокристаллической целлюлозы (cellulose nanocrystal, CNC). Кроме этого, рассмотрены последние достижения в области изготовления содержащих NC нанокомпозитов, в том числе, способы смешения в расплаве, отливки раствора, трехмерной печати, электропрядения и применения эмульсии Пикеринга. В обзоре освещены различные способы определения параметров содержащих NC композитов. Рассмотрено множество перспективных вариантов применения содержащих NC композитов, включая датчики, электронную технику, топливные элементы, строительство, производство бумаги и картона, биомедицину, упаковку пищевых продуктов, водоочистку, аэрогели и гидрогели.
