详细

A physical and mathematical model of air-cooling precipitator containers has been presented for the desublimation of hydrogen fluoride from a mixture of gases. The model is based on the equations of gas dynamics for modeling the movement of cooled air in piping and thermal conductivity equations for modeling heat transfer in the walls of the pipe and the walls of the precipitator container. A numerical simulation of the cooling of two series-mounted precipitator containers is performed by the flow of cold air from a cold air source with parameters that correspond to the specifications and performance of the VKhM-0.54/0.6 air refrigerating unit. The parameters of the air heat exchanger are determined, providing efficient cooling of containers. The calculation results showed that when upon using refrigerating machine VKhM-0.54/0.6, temperature of each container is homogeneous, and the temperature difference between the first and second containers during the flow of cooling air does not exceed 1°C.
