Аннотация
Аннотация. В статье анализируются наиболее значимые в клиническом аспекте исследования, посвященные измерению концентраций прокальцитонина у больных с инфекциями нижних дыхательных путей или сепсисом. Прокальцитонин - маркер бактериальной инфекции, успешно применяемый для диагностики и контроля антимикробной терапии у больных пневмонией или при септических состояниях. В обзоре приводятся последние алгоритмы интерпретации значений концентрации прокальцитонина в клинической практике.
